What a nightmare! The Cave Creek client’s old water heater broke, causing lots of expensive damage. We removed the old water heater, damaged drywall, and debris. We rebuilt the base, reinforcing it to hold the extra weight of a larger tank. We also added protective materials on the base in case of any mechanical malfunctions. Then we installed the new water heater, along with reinstalling the client’s existing water filtration system. Extra deep drip pans were installed on both the water heater and on the water filtration system along with moisture alarms to ensure no future water damage. With the moisture alarms and drip pans, this customer will avoid the same damages from happening again. They’re prepared now, are you?

It hadn’t worked for some time and when it had, it was a hazard. First we changed the standing pilot gas valve to an efficient electronic spark that easily lights with the flick of a switch.
